Subscription, Pricing, and Promotions
Pricing may vary by plan and is described on the pricing page. The Pro plan is billed per car monthly and may include promotional discounts. Promotions can be time-limited, and listed prices can reflect a discount already applied.
We may update pricing, features, or plan limits from time to time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Free Trial and Refunds
Free trial access is provided as described on the pricing page. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a money-back guarantee, subject to our review for abuse or fraud.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data not intended for you, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
Data and Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
